Russia Ukraine War : Can’t describe the joy of coming to my country. There are no words to speak. This is to say of Ashish Giri of the district studying medicine in Ukraine who returned to India from Romania. The plane with a total of 240 people reached Mumbai at 8 pm. In this, two students from Bihar are Ashish from Motihari and Reema Singh of Munger.
Ashish, who became very emotional after returning safely to his homeland, told that the atmosphere in the flight was quite different. Everyone was very excited to return to their country.
All the students were shouting slogans of Bharat Mata ki Jai. When Union Minister Piyush Goyal reached Mumbai to meet him on the flight, everyone still raised slogans of Bharat Mata.
They have been provided food at the Mumbai airport by the Government of Bihar and the Government of Mumbai. They will return to Bihar by flight at 8 am.
Ashish, son of Munna Giri, a resident of Rajabazar, Motihari, is a first-year MBBS student at Bukobyal State Medical University, Cheronovsky city of Ukraine. They went to Ukraine on 3 December. I shudder to remember the situation in Ukraine.
According to Ashish, the situation there is quite frightening. His hostel was 30 km away from Romania.
He was taken to the Romania border by bus by the Indian embassy. He told that right now there is a lot of crowd on the border. There is a rush among the people to leave Ukraine. People are reaching the border by walking 8 to 10 kilometers.
By the time they left Cheronovsky, the Russian army had not arrived. According to him, students trapped in other places in Ukraine are going through a very difficult situation.
