SonyLIV has released the trailer of the new Web series ‘Rocket Boys’. It is based on lives of Two Great Scientists of the country, Homi Jehangir Bhabha who was a nuclear physicist and is known as the “Father of the Indian Nuclear Programme” and Vikram Sarabhai, a physicist and astronomer who developed nuclear power in India and is regarded as the “Father of the Indian Space Program”.
It will show how they played an important role in developing India in the field of Science and Technology which was struggling a lot from poverty in a newly independent environment from years of colonialism.Their struggles and great minds which took India in the top of space reasearch and nuclear programmes will act as an inspiration to many people around the country and the future generations of scientists,researchers and innovators to come.
Rocket Boys is directed by Abhay Pannu. Jim Sarbh and Ishvak Singh are portraying the main roles of Homi J.Bhabha and Vikram Sarabhai respectively.
The web series is going to be released on 4th February, 2022 in SonyLiv.
