He is co-founder of BharatPe (one of the largest Fintech companies in India) and currently serving as Managing Director of the company. He along with his co-founders launched BharatPe in 2018.
About Ashneer Grover
Ashneer Grover was born on June 14, 1982 in delhi. He completed his schooling from a school in delhi and after that he did his Btech in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi in 2004. After his graduation in 2004, Ashneer got himself enrolled for MBA in finance from one of the most prestigious college of our country, Indian Institute Management Ahmedabad. During his Btech, he also received a scholarship of 5 lakh from French Embassy and got selected for student exchange program with university of INSA-Lyon, France.
In 2006, Ashneer joined kotak investment banking as vice president and worked there for 7 years (2006-2013). After that he joined American Express as director and worked there for almost 2 years (2013-2015). Ashneer also worked as chief financial officer in grofer’s (2015-2017) and business head in PC jewellers(2017-2018). Finally in 2018 he launched BharatPe with his co-founders.
Ashneer got married to Madhuri Jain in 2006 and the couple have 2 childrens.
He has invested in multiple companies working in different fields.
